How it Works
The Game
The Office Adventures ® is an online, cooperative, multiplayer, adventure RPG (5 – 50 players). Designed by gamers and guided by facilitators to be a fun, challenging and meaningful experience for all novice and skilled players. The full game is played in approximately 1.5 hours.
Teamwork
The Office Adventures ® was designed as a team building activity, over the following 5 founding stones: Communication, Leadership, Motivation, Problem Solving and Commitment. Players will be tested and required to work together to successfully complete te game.
Technical Requirements
The Office Adventures ® runs on most office PCs or MAC. The only software required is a web browser (Chrome® or Firefox®). It is controlled with a mouse and a keyboard and it is awesome when listened through headphones. We work with a communication platform called Discord® (no installations required).

An adventure RPG is a video game genre that consists in a series of quests and challenges you face through a fictional character in a fictional world. A very well known adventure RPG is Nintendo’s ® Zelda ®.
The Office Adventures is a bonding experience designed specifically for working teams, but in general it’s a pretty damn fun adventure you might as well enjoy with your friends or family. Please talk to one of our agents and we might be able to make it work for you.
At the moment, the game is only available en español.
It really depends on your team’s skills, but the game is normally finished in no less than 60 minutes and no more than 90.
One of our main concerns is to guarantee a pleasant and immersive experience for all players. In order to achieve this, we split the whole team in small groups (sessions) of 5 to 10 people. All of the players will go through the same experience and will be able to communicate and help each other.
There are challenges in the game which require at least 5 players, so that is the minimum for a great experience.
The coaching session is for us to understand your needs and current situation. This sessions is key for us to drive the experience towards the learnings you and your team wishes to acquire.
The facilitator will put your team in a collaborative sweet-spot and will be there to walk you through the experience. He/She will help you turn a fun game into a team building and learning experience.
We are working on that but not yet. In any case, if in your coaching session you tell us that your only objective is to have fun, we will step aside and let you play with minimum facilitator’s intervention.
The game has to be finished in one continuous session. There is no pausing or saving throughout the experience.
It all depends on the commitment of your teammates and the objectives you set before starting the game. We can help you set some SMART goals and do whatever it takes to get there.
